Do you offer payment plans or retainers instead?

Yeah, we can work with that. Some clients prefer monthly retainers instead of quarterly billing — it's usually around $2,800/month for the Strategic Partnership level. For bigger projects, we'll set up a payment schedule that doesn't tank your cash flow.

What if we're not sure which plan fits?

Call or email us. Seriously. We'll spend 20 minutes understanding what you're actually trying to accomplish before recommending anything. Most companies land on Strategic Partnership because they want real movement, not just a binder collecting dust.

Are there hidden fees or additional costs we should know about?

Nope. Travel expenses are the only thing that might change the number — if you're outside the Liberec region, we'll be upfront about that. Everything else is in the quote. We don't do surprise invoices.

Can you guarantee specific sustainability results?

We can't promise your emissions will drop by 30% — too many variables outside our control. What we can do is build a realistic plan with you, hold everyone accountable to it, and show you exactly where you stand every month. Results depend on whether you actually implement what we recommend.
