We're a sustainability consulting firm based in Plzeň. Our work is straightforward: we help businesses understand their environmental footprint, then build practical plans to reduce it. No buzzwords. No impossible targets. Just honest conversations about where you're, where you need to be, and how to get there without disrupting your operations. Since 2011, we've worked with 47 companies across Central Europe. Some were just starting to think about sustainability. Others were already deep in the work. We met each one where they were.

Our Story
Strategy Group started in 2011 when our founder got tired of watching companies chase sustainability certifications they didn't understand. The idea was simple: bring real expertise into the room, skip the jargon, and actually move the needle. We've grown slowly by design. Thirteen years in, we're still a focused team of 12 people. We've turned down plenty of work that didn't feel right. That approach has let us stay sharp and honest with every client we take on.
